Define your character and opening scene
Describe the character's voice, relationship, setting, and opening scene. Check that the introduction and conversation follow the same setup.
- Make it clear that the character is fictional and powered by AI.
- Do not hide or remove AI labels that the service places on generated or synthetic images, audio, video, or other outputs.
- Leave room for users to respond. Do not decide their dialogue, feelings, consent, or choices for them.
Check rights to images and text
Use materials you created or have confirmed permission to use. Creators are responsible for the images and text they upload.
- Respect other people's intellectual property, likeness, personal information, and privacy.
- Do not present a character as a real person or describe AI as a replacement for human relationships.
Do not use real people or illegal sexual content
Do not use a real person's face, body, or voice without consent in sexual or degrading synthetic content, or create content that falsely presents the person as having done something.
- Do not create, upload, share, or request illegal recordings, non-consensual intimate images or videos, or sexual deepfakes.
- Do not create, upload, share, or request child sexual exploitation material, whether real or synthetic.
- Do not impersonate others to deceive users or lead them toward crime, payments, or disclosure of personal information.
Follow youth protection and safety rules
Adult features require the applicable regional age threshold and verification. Do not encourage users to bypass age checks.
- Do not create content that sexually depicts or sexualizes minors.
- Do not glorify or encourage non-consensual sexual acts, coercion, exploitation, harassment, or stalking.
- Do not create content that directly assists self-harm, violence, illegal acts, or violations of personal information.
Review your work before publishing
Review the introduction, images, and opening conversation together. Check consistency and remove material that infringes rights or exposes personal information.
AI responses may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Under the existing terms and safety policy, violating content may be removed or hidden, and access may be restricted.
Report a problem
Use the report action on the work or email gyejin.lee@oraclesaju.com with the work's name or URL, the reason for the report, and information needed for review. Do not unnecessarily resend the original illegal content.
BeMine may limit visibility while reviewing a report and may remove or hide content, restrict features, or take account action when a violation is confirmed. Creators may use the same email address to ask for the reason or request another review.
If someone faces an immediate threat to life or physical safety, contact local emergency services or law enforcement instead of waiting for an in-service report.
