Paid Service and Refund Policy

Paid items

BeMine paid items are Sparks used within the service.

Before payment, the purchase screen shows price, amount granted, bonus, expiration, and currency.

Use and deduction

• AI chat, image, voice, video, and learning features may deduct a stated amount.
• Purchased Spark, bonus Spark, free Spark, and promotional Spark may have different eligibility and expiration dates.
• Deduction order is determined by product policy, expiration date, and operating rules.

Bonuses and promotions

Bonuses, check-ins, referrals, and event rewards are not redeemable for cash and may be reclaimed or adjusted under service policies.

Rewards may be canceled if abuse, duplicate accounts, payment cancellation, or refund is confirmed.

Refunds

• You may request a refund for unused purchased items within 7 days of payment where applicable law and payment provider rules allow.
• If digital content delivery has started or Spark has already been used, withdrawal may be limited to the extent allowed by law or refunds may be centered on unused purchased items.
• Used Spark, expired bonuses, and promotional rewards may be excluded from refunds.
• If a refund is approved, bonuses or benefits granted by that payment may be reclaimed.
• Partial refunds may reflect usage, benefits granted, payment fees, and legal requirements.
• If a refund is approved, BeMine requests payment cancellation or refund action within 3 business days after receiving the withdrawal or refund request, subject to applicable law and payment provider rules.

Failed or duplicate payments

If payment completed but Spark was not granted, or if a duplicate payment is suspected, contact us with order ID, payment time, and account email.

BeMine checks the payment provider status and handles grant, cancellation, or refund as appropriate.

Withdrawal limits

If you start using a digital item immediately or digital content delivery has begun, withdrawal may be limited to the extent allowed by law.

Any withdrawal limits are shown on the payment screen and in this policy.
