Nature of AI characters

BeMine characters are fictional AI characters. They are not real people, romantic partners, counselors, or guardians.

Character chat is designed for immersive experience and should not replace important real-world decisions.

Age requirements

• Children under 14 may not use the service.
• Adult features are provided only to users who meet the minimum age requirement for their country or region.
• Circumventing age checks or providing false information may result in feature or account restrictions.

Prohibited use

• Sexual depiction or sexualization of minors
• Requests that glorify or promote non-consensual sexual conduct, coercion, exploitation, harassment, or stalking
• Requests that provide concrete assistance for self-harm, suicide, violence, or illegal activity
• Conduct that infringes another person's privacy, account, payment, or personal information
• Presenting characters or AI outputs as a replacement for real human relationships

Reports and restrictions

BeMine may restrict risky content through reports, automated detection, and operational review.

Depending on severity, we may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or take actions required by law.

Crisis situations

If there is self-harm, violence, abuse, exploitation, or immediate danger, do not rely on character responses. Contact local emergency services, a trusted person, or a qualified professional right away.

Character chat and immersion

BeMine is designed so users keep choice and consent while chatting with characters in fictional scenarios.

Character dialogue and product guidance are separated. Payment, privacy, and safety notices prioritize accuracy over emotional immersion.
