Nature of AI characters

BeMine characters are fictional AI characters. They are not real people, romantic partners, counselors, or guardians.

Character chat is designed for immersive experience and should not replace important real-world decisions.

Age requirements

• Children under 14 may not use the service.
• Adult features are provided only to users who meet the minimum age requirement for their country or region.
• Content determined to be harmful to youth is subject to applicable age checks, labeling, separation, and access restrictions.
• Circumventing age checks or providing false information may result in feature or account restrictions.

Prohibited use

• Sexual depiction or sexualization of minors
• Creating, uploading, sharing, or requesting illegal recordings, non-consensual intimate images or videos, or sexual deepfakes
• Creating, uploading, sharing, or requesting child sexual exploitation material, whether real or synthetic
• Requests that glorify or promote non-consensual sexual conduct, coercion, exploitation, harassment, or stalking
• Requests that provide concrete assistance for self-harm, suicide, violence, or illegal activity
• Conduct that infringes another person's privacy, account, payment, or personal information
• Impersonating a real person or using their face, body, or voice without consent to deceive users or lead them toward crime, payments, or disclosure of personal information
• Presenting characters or AI outputs as a replacement for real human relationships

AI-generated content labels

BeMine tells users that the service uses generative AI before use and provides a label in the interface, file, or content context for AI-generated or synthetic images, audio, video, and other outputs.

Users must not hide or remove service-provided AI labels in order to misrepresent content as a real person or event.

Reports and restrictions

Use the report action on the content or email gyejin.lee@oraclesaju.com with the content name or URL, reason for the report, and information needed for review. Do not unnecessarily resend the original illegal content.

BeMine may temporarily limit visibility while reviewing content through reports, automated detection, and operational review. Depending on severity, we may remove or hide content, limit features, suspend accounts, or take actions required by law.

A creator affected by an action may email gyejin.lee@oraclesaju.com to ask for the reason or request another review. A report does not automatically determine removal; we review available evidence against the applicable policy.

Crisis situations

If there is self-harm, violence, abuse, exploitation, or immediate danger, do not rely on character responses. Contact local emergency services, a trusted person, or a qualified professional right away.

Character chat and immersion

BeMine is designed so users keep choice and consent while chatting with characters in fictional scenarios.

Character dialogue and product guidance are separated. Payment, privacy, and safety notices prioritize accuracy over emotional immersion.
