Service overview

BeMine provides AI character chat and dating simulation experiences.

Characters and chat outputs do not replace real human relationships and must not be used as medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure.
• Children under 14 may not use the service.
• Adult features are available only when you meet the age requirement for your country or region and complete any required verification.

User obligations

• Do not infringe another person's rights, privacy, likeness, or intellectual property.
• Do not request or share illegal, hateful, harassing, exploitative, minor-sexualizing, self-harm, or violence-promoting content.
• Do not reverse engineer, abuse automation, generate abnormal traffic, or bypass security controls.
• Do not present characters as real people or claim that AI replaces human relationships.

Content and AI outputs

• You are responsible for the messages and materials you submit.
• AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate or inappropriate.
• BeMine may restrict, remove, hide, or review content and accounts to meet safety, quality, and legal requirements.

Service changes

BeMine may change or temporarily suspend features for improvement, security, or operational reasons.

We will provide notice of important changes where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BeMine is not liable for losses caused by user negligence, third-party service failures, network issues, or user content unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Where liability cannot be limited by law, the applicable law controls.

Changes to terms

If these terms change, we will notify users through the service or a notice. Continued use after the change may be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.
