올아미고 operates BeMine and is responsible for protecting personal data processed through the service.

Data we collect

• Account data: email address, social login identifier, nickname, profile image, language settings
• Service data: selected characters, chat messages, saved items, reports, support inquiries
• Payment data: order ID, payment status, payment method type, purchase and refund history
• Device and log data: IP address, cookies, access time, browser and device information, error logs
• Age gate data: date of birth, country or region, adult feature status

Purposes

• Create accounts, provide login, manage accounts, and verify users
• Provide AI character chat, dating simulation, chat history, and saved items
• Process Spark purchases, payment confirmation, refunds, and fraud prevention
• Respond to support requests and send service, security, and payment notices
• Keep the service stable, analyze errors, prevent abuse, and improve quality
• Restrict adult features and operate youth protection and safety policies

Retention

• Account and service data is kept until account deletion or until the relevant purpose is fulfilled.
• Payment and transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
• Abuse prevention, dispute, and security logs may be separately retained for the minimum period needed.
• Data no longer needed or required by law is deleted in a way that makes recovery difficult.

Processors and international transfers

BeMine may use cloud infrastructure, authentication, payment, email, support, analytics, and AI generation providers.

When providers operate outside your country, account, payment, log, chat input, analytics event, and other data needed to provide or improve the service may be transferred to countries where those providers process data.

• Vercel Inc. / country: United States and other processing locations / data: IP address, access logs, browser and device information, request path, and service data processed in the deployment environment / timing and method: encrypted transfer when web requests and deployments run / purpose: hosting, CDN, security, and incident response / retention: until the processing purpose is fulfilled or the contract ends, unless longer retention is required for law or security.
• Supabase Inc. / country: United States, Singapore, and selected project regions / data: email, authentication identifiers, profile, chat, learning, payment, refund data, stored files, and logs / timing and method: encrypted transfer during signup, login, storage, retrieval, and backup / purpose: authentication, database, storage, access control, backup, and incident response / retention: until account deletion or processing purpose is fulfilled, unless legal retention applies.
• OpenRouter / country: United States and countries where connected model providers process requests / data: chat input needed for AI responses, selected model, token usage, and request metadata / timing and method: encrypted transfer when AI response generation is requested / purpose: model routing, AI response generation, abuse prevention, and incident response / retention: based on BeMine settings and OpenRouter or connected model provider policies. Depending on the requested model, prompts may be routed to downstream providers such as DeepSeek. BeMine prioritizes available no-retention or no-training settings where possible.
• Mixpanel Inc. / country: United States, EU, or other selected data residency regions / data: account or anonymous identifiers, screen view, click, checkout conversion, refund flow events, and device/browser information / timing and method: encrypted transfer when analytics events occur / purpose: service analytics, checkout and refund funnel review, error analysis, and quality improvement / retention: until analytics purpose is fulfilled or the contract ends. BeMine does not send raw chat text, card numbers, payment provider raw payloads, access tokens, or secrets to Mixpanel.
• Payment, support, and generative feature providers / country: each provider's operating locations / data: payment and refund identifiers, support inquiry content, and generation request data / timing and method: encrypted transfer when payment, refund, support, or generation requests occur / purpose: payment processing, support, and generative features / retention: until the processing purpose is fulfilled or the legal retention period ends.
• Refusal and impact: you may stop using the service, request account deletion, or request restriction if you do not want international transfers. Core features such as login, chat, payment, refunds, analytics-based troubleshooting, and incident response may not work without these providers.

Your rights

• You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.
• If you request account deletion, we delete data except where retention is required by law.
• Users in the EU/EEA or other regions with privacy rights may exercise the rights provided by local law.

BeMine uses essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember language settings, and confirm payment status.

BeMine may use product analytics tools such as Mixpanel to improve quality, analyze errors, and review checkout and refund flows.

BeMine uses Mixpanel to analyze events such as screen views, button clicks, checkout conversion, and refund flows. We do not send raw chat text, card numbers, payment provider raw payloads, access tokens, or secrets as analytics events.

You can limit some tracking through browser cookie settings, mobile advertising identifier controls, or ad personalization settings. Limiting essential cookies may affect sign-in, language settings, and payment status checks.

Do Not Track and similar browser signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry, so analytics tools may not all respond in the same way.

Security and children

We apply reasonable safeguards such as access control, encrypted transmission, log monitoring, and separation of privileges.

BeMine is not directed to children under 14. Adult features are provided only to users who meet the minimum age requirement for their country or region.

Changes

If this Privacy Policy changes, we will notify users through the service or a notice. Material changes will be announced before they take effect where practical.
